After a long hiatus, I'm finally getting back into writing and recording music. Last night I started writing a song called "Never Say Never Again." I think it will be a really great song when I'm done with it. I've been spending a fair amount of time studying music recording books to try and improve, so I hope I will be able to apply the information with my next recordings. I plan to release one original, one piano instrumental, one cover, and one instrumental cover before I go back to finishing out my catalog of songs that need to be recorded.

In other news, I started playing volleyball again. I had a men's 6's tournament last Sunday, and it was somewhat rough. I struggled to get into a rhythm, and never had a chance to work on my hitting. I'm going to train really hard so that the next tournament is a lot better. There is nothing worse than walking away from a tournament being disappointed with your play.

I also watched Inglorious Bastards the other night. What a lovely family film! It's perfect for ages 3 and up. It's right up there with any Disney film. I mean, who doesn't enjoy watching people getting scalped, or getting their heads beat in with a baseball bat with their loved ones? Quentin Tarantino definitely has a way with violence... It was definitely an enjoyable film though.
