My favorites are:
1. Mobilesheets
2. Irealb
3. Fakebooks/Adobe Reader

Can't be in this forum and not rate Mobilesheets number 1! It's extremely versatile. My other fav is Songbook, which is great for chordpro files and you can transpose on the fly. Also syncs with Dropbox, which is great.
