Full Version: Companion quit connecting - Solved

After 6 months of connecting without issue Companion running on 64-bit Windows 7 has quit connecting. Tonight I had installed Spybot Search & Destroy v4.2 and did a scan. The results of the scan included some registry entries and many cookies. Anyway I accepted its choices and had it clean the machine. Shortly after that I was working in Mobile Sheets companion and couldn't connect any more. It seemed to be a computer issue so I did a System Restore to a day ago and still can't connect. The next thing I was going to try is to uninstall Mobile Sheets Companion and re-install it. Has anyone else had an issue like this? Thanks.
Solved! An uninstall and re-install did not fix it. I checked Windows Firewall and checked both the Public and Private network boxes and after about 20 minutes they were communicating again.
Please chage - solved at the end of the title post by [SOLVED] at the title start. It's easier to see what is solved or no this way.
