Mike,
the manual explains what checking this does and what happens if you do not have its location available on startup. But what is the advantage or otherwise of checking this or not for the normal user?
Thanks Smile
If you like to keep all of your files in one place, including the database, so that you can archive it yourself, or perform other actions on your entire library, exposing the database file lets you do this. Some users may choose to forgo the library backup/restore approach or the sharing features and instead keep multiple libraries in sync by copying all files over including the database file.

Mike
I understand now. I could not understand it enough to decide what to choose.
Thanks Mike.
