Today I made a copy of an existing setlist via longpress - copy. The sorting of the original setlist was set to sort:manual, this setting was taken over for the copy (if I look at "Select Sort Method"). But in fact the sort order was lost, the copy is sorted alphabetically instead of taking over the sort order of the source setlist as expected.

The copy is sorted in the original sort order after a while - magic.
As I did a lot of importing, sorting and editing of other things in MS I cannot tell in the moment what caused the setlist copy to be sorted. I'll let you know if I come across a reproducable workflow.
