I have a backup on my PC of the current version of my tune library, from which I periodically update the library on my tablets.  A 'restore from backup' works well on an Asus tablet , and in the past has been fine on an Archos a70xe I use as a spare.  However the last couple of 'restore' attempts with the Archos have been unsusccessful.  The process starts o.k. and the dialogue box shows 100% transfer of files, but it then stalls and fails to complete and give me the 'successful backup' message.

Any thoughts on what's going wrong here?

Are you experiencing this problem with v2.1.9 of the companion and version 1.2.4 of the tablet software? I just want to rule out any obvious problems.

Thanks Mike:  I've updated MSPro on the Archos tablet and it has completed the library restoration.
