Text display settings apply to ChordPro files only.
When I click on "APPLY TO..." one of the choices is "All files in current song".
As far as I know a song can contain only one ChordPro file (this was changed some time ago) so this option is no longer relevant.

FWIW, I stil miss the ability to choose "Reset to Defaults".

Thanks, I've cleaned that up. Should I just change the current Reset button to be "Reset to Defaults" and have it set the current settings to match the current default settings? I don't think the current reset functionality is all that useful as I think most people would just cancel the dialog if they didn't want to save the changes.

I think that's a good idea.
