Are all of the original files different sizes? I'm not scaling the files to be the exact same size in the PDF. I just put them in the PDF with their original size intact. If it would be useful for people to have an option to scale them all to the same size, I can certainly try to do that.

Yes the original files have different sizes, as they are from different sources.
I could solve the problem using automatic scale during printing.
May be it would be helpful to have such a scale option during pdf-creation.
