Full Version: Mobilesheet quit connecting with conpanion

Hi Group

I been using mobile sheets for a couple of yrs and I quit connecting (WiFi) with companion. 
I went into my router to make sure the IP address was correct .. it was.
I've rebooted everything .. turned the WiFi off on the tablet .. 
I've tried connecting manually

The top bar lights up in Companion "Connecting to acer vespatn" it's trying to connect but get "Error Connecting"

Tablet connect to the internet fine, via WiFi

Any suggestions would be help full 

Companion is running on a 
XP 64 Pro machine 
16 gig Ram
nVidia Quadro FX 4600

So the first three things to always consider are:

1) Is MobileSheetsPro Companion blocked in Windows Firewall (make sure both boxes are checked to allow for public/private)?

2) Do you have an anti-virus program running?

3) Have you rebooted your router?

If all three things don't help, then I want to verify that you are using the latest version of both the tablet software and companion. You should have v1.3.0 on the tablet and version 2.2.2 of the companion. Lastly, are they connected to the same network, or do you have multiple routers in your home?
