I have a Packard Bell TJ68 laptop and a Samsung Tab 2 tablet. I recently purchased the Mobile Sheets app, and downloaded the companion. I am probably doing it wrong but when i open the companion, it will not connect to the tablet and keeps saying error - may need to toggle wifi. I have got the USB connected. Can someone please tell me what i need to do.

Hello Ceriannesman,

At the present time, the Companion app will only connect to your tablet via a wifi connection (or I suppose it might work over 3G/4G if your tablet has that). It won't connect via a physical USB connection.

Depending on your firewall software, you may be prompted to enable access the first time you try to connect.
