I'm in the process of creating 140+ songs from a larg pdf. Because it took too long for the 'crop' function to run through, I de-selceted it. Is there a bulk command to auto-crop when I'm finished?

You'll need to add all those songs to a setlist, select "Load All" for the setlist to load them all at once, enter the crop editor through the overlay, change the "Apply To" so that you apply to all songs in the setlist, and then tap "Auto-Crop". That should do it.
