I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.2 (model no. GT-P5110). It has USB, Bluetooth, WLAN.
What is a reliable and cheap way to implement a MIDI interface, so that I can send PRG changes
via MIDI from MSpro?

All you really need is a USB OTG cable to connect your tablet to your MIDI device over USB. That would be my recommendation, as my app only supports MIDI over USB at the moment.
