I have Mobile Sheets Companion ver. 1.5.6. I would like to rearrange the order of the songs in one of my set lists. I have tried dragging and dropping them in to their new locations. The songs will not move. Is it possible to rearrange the songs? I am a novice tablet user so please keep any suggestions simple. Thank you.

Maybe you need to update your Companion, the current release is 2.3.6

You can certainly re-order a setlist in the current version.
