Hi,

the audioplayer has a nice slider, but the precision is terrible, 
it's hard to get closer than 30-40 seconds to the target position.

Would it be possible to Key-In the target position by tapping the
target time (similar to how we can set tempo in the metronome?

With audio files of the length shown in your example, I'm not surprised that precision is low - the current system is more related to the 3/4 minute average popular tune, not long classical pieces.

I think your idea a is a good one for those working with the latter, but I'm not sure how easy it would be for Mike to implement it?

I've modified the audio player so if you tap on the current time, you can enter a new time using the same duration control as seen when tapping the duration field in the song editor. Thanks for for the suggestion.
