Haven't found the key that gets me to the next or previous page.
Instictively I keep trying right and left arrow key.

What is your settings in Pedal Action Settings? I've set mine to Pedal 1 Keys: Right and Action:Activate next link or go to next page and Pedal 2 to left and activate previous link or go to previous page and it works without any problem with physical keyboard and also with my USB and bluetooth pedals (set to send those 2 commands - right arrow key or left arrow key).
