Selecting accent 1st beat results in following.

Irrespective of selected time signature.

Works correctly with 3 and 4 beats per bar but accent remains at every 4 beats if time sig is 5 or upwards

It looks like it's tied to the tempo. I was only testing with faster tempos. With slower tempos, you do encounter this problem. I'll look into it.
