Looking at getting a bigger tablet to read my piano music, but have a lot of page orders and midi commands to transpose and slect synth patches on my songs. Can I back up my library in my android version and import it to the windows version?

Yes, you can back up your library on Android and restore that library backup on Windows 10 or vice versa.
