Do I have to use Companion to create a setlist? I don`t have a computer, only a tablet.

No, the companion application is not required for any functionality in MobileSheetsPro. You can create a setlist in multiple ways, but one of the simplest is to go to the setlist tab, tap "New", enter the name, then tap each song you want to add to the setlist. You can then press the back button, tap that setlist, and tap "Load All" or a song to load that setlist.
