I've had an issue for a while that the metronome popup window appears to be scrolled to the right so the left side of the menu is cut off/out of view. Anybody else experiencing this? It's still functional, I just can't read a lot of the titles.
What display scaling do you have set in Windows 10?

sorry for the delay. I'm at 150% scaling (Recommended). 100% is microscopic on this system.
What's odd is that it's almost like it's offsetting the text to the left for some reason. I'll have to see if I can come up with a way to reproduce that on my devices.

New discovery: the volume slider causes the box to shift left and right as I turn it all the way up or down. I normally have it down, so it's got the left side cut off.
