CSVFiles for "557 Standards"

Created indepently of user Cerio, so there might be differences.

C and Bb version are for different editions, so there are some small differences in "pages", songs are the same except page 48 "Blues a la Mode" in the C edition is replaced in the Bb edition with " Blue In Green".

I do not know why, but my 557 Standard songbook in Bb differs a bit from your version.

So I take the liberty, to drop my version here. Maybe someone out there has the same version.

BTW: The pages refer to the full book, including front page and intro...(So April Showers is on page 7)
