I may be WAY off base here ... 

is there way to somehow send MSP some sort of CSV file to create my library...complete with Title, Key, Tempo, Custom fields already added...
and THEN import my PDF's to join the already created songs?

Example:
I create a list of my 700 songs in some sort of table complete with all the fields entered. Upload to MSP and it creates those individual songs.

Then I upload the PDFs with the exact matching titles and MSP matches the PDFs with the song titles already in the library.

Is some like this possible?

Reason is, I'm trying to edit all my songs (700+ on 12 tablets) and the companion doesn't stay synced and also it's going to take me weeks to do so manually.

No, I don't think something like that will work. Can you possibly use the Windows 10 version of MobileSheets to set up the library, create a backup file and just restore that backup file on each device? I would think that would work better.

Or get everything right on one tablet, then backup that database and restore it on all the others.
