Is it possible to import on Android a database backup created on a Windows computer?

I've been using Mobilesheets Pro on Windows for a number of years, currently on a Surface Pro 7. I've just learned about the Onyx Book Max Lumi and am very tempted to switch to it, but I would like to be able to switch back and forth between this one and my other Windows tablets. Is that actually possible?
I just tried to import my MSB file on the free version of the Android app and that didn't seem to work although the file was accepted (all folders were empty). I'm not sure what is actually supported on this area.

Yes, you can absolutely do that. Backup files and exported songs and setlists are all compatible between Android and Windows 10.  The free version limits the library size to eight songs, so I'm not sure you would see much benefit to trying to restore a backup file in that version.
