I hope it's OK for you that I changed the thread title from "CSV and PDF 50 Piano Classics" to "CSVFile and PDF 50 Piano Classics". This simplifies finding your thread, see

Furthermore I attached a bookmarks file that allows adding PDF bookmarks to the fakebook with jPDFBookmarks as described here:

Have not been looking into PDF bookmarks yet. Ill check that at some time.
