while attempting to connect Android device (tablet) to Companion on PC, it first completed an update. After the update I wasn't able to connect the two, and got an error message "Incompatible version detected" and I don't know how to update manually. Cannot connect the 2 anymore.....
what should I do? I've tried re-booting both devices, didn't help.
2nd question: After Restoring the latest MSP backup to my tablet, do I need to keep that backup file on my tablet? It is 2.78 Gig, and my tablet doesn't have a lot of free space, so I didn't know if I had to keep that file on the tablet, after Restoring?
