I'm getting perhaps a dozen instances of this error - Select Song To Use - during a sync. I searched the folders on both the client and the server for this one example, and there is only one song on each that is named "Ballin' the Jack.pdf". There is a file on each one of them called "Ballin' the Jack RB4.pdf" and another one called "Ballin' The Jack B flat solo.pdf".

How can I fix this, and what should I avoid doing in the future to keep from having this problem? I'm sure it's probably something I've done.

The question is not how many times does that file exist in the folders in the storage location, but how many songs do you have in your library that all have identical titles and are using that same file? The only time you get that warning is if you have multiple songs with identical titles and filenames. You should ensure that all songs have unique titles if you want to completely avoid this problem.
