Unless I am missing something (which is entirely possible), I don't see a left facing repeat sign/barline in Annotations>Stamps>Standard.

However, I do see it under Annotations>Stamps>Jazz which doesn't suit my needs.

Coincidentally, at least on my Windows version of MSP (soon to be MS ), there just happens to be an empty space available under the right facing repeat sign/barline on the last page of Annotations>Stamps>Standard.

I realize I could add my own in Annotations>Stamps>Standard>User, but it seems conspicuously absent so I figured is was just an oversight.

You most likely just need to reset the stamp list in order to get access to the left facing repeat sign. To do this, tap a stamp in the stamp window, tap it again and then tap "Reset all lists". You should then see the left facing repeat sign show up.
