I like to use performance mode all the time while practicing to keep the overlay from distracting me, and I use the recent tab frequently, so I am required to unlock performance mode to get to the tab, and then relock once back in. I forget to relock half the time, so it would be nice to be able to assign the recent list to the assignable button of performance mode.

There is a touch and pedal action to "Return to library". If you assign that action, you can then go back to the recent tab even while performance mode is enabled. Hitting the back button on the device will do the same thing.
