The Cicada intermittently cut out on me too many times in the middle of performances. (I tried the BT-105, but could not get that running).

I bought a bluetooth adapter (to fit the micro bluetooth port on my tablet) and hooked up my old Billpro USB pedal. It feels rock solid. I am confident the page will turn now when I hit the pedal.

I used to have problems with the Cicada cutting out on me multiple times per night also, until I installed an app called Bluetooth Keepalive (https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...hKeepalive). It fixed the problem for me, might be worth a try for you if you're interested in still using the Cicada.

Thanks. That is great to know. Although I sort of think the security is worth any slight downside of having the cable connected.
