Is there documentation on the SQL LTE mobilesheets db so I can write a script to update it after downloading new songs to the tablet?

The database is changing drastically in v5, so it would be somewhat counter productive to spend time listing out the database structure at this time. When version 5 is released, I can work with users who want to have access to the database directly.

Is the database engine an off-the shelf product? is there a "viewer" or "updater" application for it (like SQL Server Management Studio)? Is it called SQL LTE or is it SQLite? I wasn't able to Google anything on SQL LTE.
It's SQLite. You can find a lot of free viewers/editors out there for SQLite.
