Just recently changed to fiber optic and am having no success connecting mobile sheets and mobile sheets companion.  Have updated new wi-fi connections on both computer and tablet.  IP address on tablet and computer match except differ in the last octet if that matters.  Should I uninstall MS Companion and reinstall?

I'm having a disconcerting  issue with at a rehearsal. Specifically, in a 4-page PDF, page 1 was shown correctly, but any attempt to turn the page just kept showing the same page again; in other words, pages 2-4 were just repeats of page 1. After power cycling the tablet, the same song displayed correctly again.

I have no idea what happened. Any suggestion is appreciated!

I have been using MobileSheets for a long time, but just recently was introduced to the "chordpro" file format by a friend of mine and have been working on creating a setlist for my next gig using this more flexible format.  In the past I would create custom PDFs for each chart.

Anyway.  One limitation I seem to be running into is that I cannot crop off the bottom whitespace of the final page and so the song scrolls away into a mostly white screen.

I use infinite scrolling - basically I'm recreating the UltimateGuitar experience for myself but just with a much better and more reliable app - however after a song is imported into MobileSheets it decides where the "page breaks" should be, even though I do not use pages at all.  So on many songs I end up with a final page with lots of white space at the end.  I cannot seem to find a way to stop the autoscroll, nor can I crop off the bottom of those pages (they say "uncroppable" in MobileSheets).

Is there a way I can accomplish what I want?  It's hard enough to approximate the scroll speed as it is.   Even at the slowest speed, it is often too fast, so I am "scroll managing" and I need as much text to remain on screen as possible at the ends of songs.

Two small (?) questions about layers - a function in Mobilesheets that I have just started fiddling with. Let's start with an example:

In a music score I have (pdf), there are original Italian lyrics and German translations. The German translations are of no interest to me, so I have covered them with white highlighter pen.  Then I have written in English lyrics on top of the highlighter.   In the layers panel, I can find the white highlighter as one element, and the handwritten English lyrics as several elements, all within one layer.

Now - If I want to erase some of the English lyrics, I also remove the white highlighter underneath, which is annoying.

Here are the questions - and suggestions that would make my process easier:

1) Is it possible to LOCK an element. If I for example could lock the white highlighter, I could delete the text on top without removing the highlighter.

2) Is it possible to COMBINE several elements into one. For some reason, the English handwritten text appear as several elements all over the page, which means I can't deal with them as one thing.

3) One way of dealing with this, could for example be to move all the English lyrics to a separate layer. I can easily create a new layer, but I don't see any way to move elements from one layer ot another. Is there?

Hi Mike, is it possible to display the magnifying glass that is available for the input for stamps with the fingers also for the input with the pen.
I always find it difficult, especially with the accidentals, to place them in the right place, as the tip of the pen covers the place to insert them. Especially when the music notes are not particularly large.
That would be great.

I've just started using the e-ink version of MobileSheets in the last few weeks on my Boox Note Max and it's fantastic! (although I hope Boox make the background whiter in an update at some stage!)

When I started using MobileSheets the edit toolbar was a good size, and the icons went right across the page. But today they only go across about 3/4 of the page and are much smaller and I can't for the life of me work out how to get them bigger again!

Can somebody point me to where I can make the toolbar bigger again, please?  Is it a device setting somewhere, or a MobileSheets setting??

I would like to use .abc notation for all my brazilian choro tunes, with Mobilesheets as my viewer of choice, because it is awesome.

One of the prerequisites is that I can control how it looks like on my 10" Android tablet, more precisely:
* I want to use all the vertical space, so that the notes are as big as possible
* I don't necessarily want to use all the horizontal space, because if I remove all left and right margin, the notes are sometimes too spaced out and I find it harder to read.
