Any tip as how to have a repeat sign stamp draw across 2 staves (a piano score)?
When I drag it upwards or downwards, it increases the size of the stamp in it’s entirety, not just change the length.

I don't currently support scaling stamps a different amount per axis (as the drawing libraries don't let you scale a font differently per axis, and stamps are based on music fonts). You would have to create a custom stamp if you want something like that.
