Crash on "rearrange pages" - VioletMozart - 12-04-2024
I have one new piece in my library, sourced from IMSLP, that whenever I go into "rearrange pages" the app crashes. I get a little pop-up saying something like "Mobile Sheets has closed due to a bug." First it said to clear the cache then reopen, which I did. But it still happened. I also deleted then re-downloaded the file. Still happens.
I have not had issues with any other file, and the piece seems to work properly otherwise. I just can't rearrange the pages.

Please send the file to mike@zubersoft.com so I can take a look at it. The PDF library used when using the "Rearrange Pages" feature is the same as if you switched Settings->Display Settings->Render Preference to "Speed". If you switch that and then load the PDF, it will probably crash the app when viewing the score too. It's most likely just a compatibility issue between the PDF and that PDF library. I'll have to submit the PDF to the company that makes the PDF library so they can investigate the bug and get it fixed. If you rebuild the PDF using Adobe Acrobat, or another similar editor, then import it and use the "Rearrange Pages" feature, it shouldn't crash. It just has to do with how the PDF was constructed.
