If I scroll up and down in long set lists I loose the orientation.

Is it possible to use the space behind "Songs in Setlist"" for a long line indicating the position of the actual shown songs, e.q. 50% --> mark at the half length of the line, or similar.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say you lose the orientation. Are you just looking for an indicator which expresses how far down the list you have scrolled?
