I'm not sure if it's different on other devices, but if I want to edit the order of pages of the song my Sony Xperia Z4 (German settings) initially shows only a numpad without any commas.
It would be nice, if MS would accept "fullstop" on this numpad (which is on it) as comma so one doesn't have to switch to the alphanumeric view and back.

You could try a different keyboard. The SwiftKey keyboard I use has both the comma and full stop on the numeric pad. It depends how much you love the keyboard you are already using :^)

Sure, I can add "fullstop" (this is the same as a period right?). I'll just dynamically replace any '.' with ','

I thought it was possible for an app to control what keys are shown on the keyboard? So an '-' (for ranges) could be displayed as well?

Thanks for including this in the update. It wasn't in the changelog AFAIK so I was pleasantly surprised it worked with the period from the numpad, when I tried it for the pages entry. Much more convenient now.
