"Dvousmerna synchronizace" ?? in Sync Library option

This has me confused. When I do a "Sync Library", I get the  attached page.
 
What does "Dvousmerna synchronizace" mean in the Sync Type? I'm guessing it means "2 way synch", but why is it in Slovenian?

The translation file got messed up in the last update. I have a fix in place and it's included in the next update which is going through Microsoft's approval process.
