I have recently bought a new tablet and it has a "soft" navigation bar rather than the dedicated buttons my old tablet had. By default this bar is white with black "buttons". This means when displaying a song, you can get a bit of black background then the white navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. At first glance this can make it look like there is another page to the song.

Some apps seem to change the navigation bar to a black background with white buttons. I think it would be nice to have an option in MSP to do this.

Great recommendation Andy. I didn't even realize I could change the navigation bar color. I've gone ahead and made the navigation bar black by default on devices running Android 5.0 or higher (I have no control on devices below that version).
