The attached CSV file is named as the book was named on a somewhat common collection CD, EVANSBK.PDF

Same issue as "Library of Musicians Jazz":
The first line with the column titles uses semicolon as separator, the following song lines use commas.
After replacing title;pages with title,pages the CSV import works

I usually prefer using semicolons as separators

And I recommend adding an "albums" column (or "collections") filled with the fakebook title
