I have found my iPhone (12 Mini) the perfect tool for scanning.
Until now. After the latest system update, 16.1.2, it no longer works.
My process was go to Files, choose Scan Documents, change color to gray scale, leave shutter on Auto, and scan. Quick and easy.
Then it gave me a chance to rename, and when I'd done that and clicked done, it let me choose location to save. I always chose the appropriate folder in Google Drive, and then imported into MS.
Rename still works though it's more clunky. Choose location doesn't work. Save is one step instead of two and I don't seem to be able to affect where files go. So I can't get my documents into the location I need to import into MS.
This may be operator error, there might be a workaround, but I've spent the last hour trying and can't find it. It was so easy before.
I know there are third party scanning apps but I really liked the old Files interface.
