When syncing between my table and PC, I accidentally flipped which was the client and which was the server so all the updates I had made on my tablet were overwritten with the prior version from my PC and all my edits were lost. Is there any way to restore the one that was overwritten?
Is there a way to keep this from happening? I have done it twice now.

Mobilesheets does automatic backups from time to time.
If the edits are not too new you could be lucky.
Look at settings -> Backup and restore -> restore automatic database backup

McAroni's advice will work well as long as you didn't lose any of the PDFs (or other song files) that are reference. Otherwise you'll have to manually replace the missing files after restoring the automatic database backup.

Thanks that worked. By doing that I lost edits I had made to another file, but they were minor compared to what I would have lost if I was not able to restore from that backup.
