This is a new one, not sure when it was introduced.

Library window is minimized, opening the notation editor will cause the minimized library window to go to its expanded size.

This is most likely a more recent bug as I had to change some implementation details to fix a bug where, if the window was collapsed and you rotated the tablet, the icon for expanding the window would vanish. Fixing that introduced this bug. I'll get it fixed for the next update.
