Storage Question - Android Tablet
#1
I utilize Mobilesheets on my Android tablet to manage/display approximately 1600 dulcimer tabs.  I'm very satisfied w/it's ease of use, however I suspect I'm not efficiently storing my tabs.   I obtain my  musical tabs from any number of websites, free or purchased, in PDF format.

I then:
- scan a hard copy or download an e-copy into my tablet
- save it to my Dropbox
- import into Mobilesheets "Songs"
- copy it to the appropriate group I've setup - typically by  song arranger

My questions are as follows:

1- After I've imported the song into Mobilesheets do I need to keep the copy I've downloaded/scanned on my tablet
2 - I assume adding a song to a Setlist would minimally impact storage

Thanks in advance

1. If Settings->Storage->Let MobileSheets Manage my Files is checked, and you are importing from a folder not under the storage location, then no, you do not need to keep the original file. You can delete it if desired. If you have unchecked the "Let MobileSheets Manage my Files" setting, then you cannot delete the original, as MobileSheets will be pointing to the file path of that file.
2. This has almost no impact to your storage - it's just adding some data in the database, which is just a few bytes.
