ABC and pickup measures

MobileSheets 3.9.3.

It seems that an ABC fragment with a pickup measure is not rendered.

In the attached example, fragments 1, 2 and 4 have pickup measures. Fragment 3 does not and is the only one that renders in the output.

I'll take a look at it, but I'm still going to investigate integrating a javascript engine and trying to use abc2svg, which would hopefully resolve this issue.
