Hello,
after updating to Companion Win 10 x64 4.1.0, the new uploaded PDFs are no longer scaled correctly. On the tablet (Android SM p900, Android 5.0.2) the pages are much too large, only a section is displayed.
So far I have managed the files with I think 4.0.3, which worked flawlessly until yesterday. What is different with 4.1.0? Do I have to make a setting that didn't exist before?
Best regards

Do you have automatic cropping enabled? I'll have to check to see if something is not working correctly with that. The PDF library switch may have resulted in some issues.

It looks like the issue was caused by the PDF library returning measurements in millimeters instead of pixels. I'll get an update out to fix this.
Thanks,
Mike

I just released version 4.1.1 with a number of important fixes related to the handling of cropping and rotation. I also forgot to include in the release notes that I got rid of an unnecessary prompt that occurs when updating an existing PDF in the library (it asks if you want to replace the file or create a new song, and if you select replace, it was asking again if you wanted to replace the file).

Can you try fully uninstalling and reinstalling? I don't know why version 4.1.2 would be failling to install for you as I didn't do anything differently with the installer.

Yes, the uninstallation and reinstallation worked.
The disc space was a little tight. Perhaps this also had an unfavourable effect on the installation.
However, the installation file was also very large. Is it possible that this can generally be reduced in size?
I have tested it. Now the PDFs are scaled and cropped correctly again. Thank you very much!

No, it cannot be reduced in size. The IronPDF library that I integrated is extremely large (it more than tripled the size of the installer), but I have to have all of the dependencies present or it won't work. I'm not including anything that doesn't need to be included.
