Windows 11 updated 2 nights ago & since then MS 3.9.7 crashes randomly back to desktop. I can't identify the cause because it has crashed when doing a variety of different things. Has anyone else had this problem.

Tony,

Which Windows update did you install? Is it 24H2? I've read about a lot of potential issues with that update. Some users had reported having issues, but they backed up their library in MobileSheets, uninstalled, reinstall, restored their library and the problems vanished. So you can try that out to see if it helps. I'm not sure what else to recommend. I did install 24H2 on a VM to do testing and MobileSheets seems to run fine for me, but that might be different compared to updating an existing installation to 24H2.

My machine was actually running 23H2, so the update must a been a intermediate update.
I am now updating to 24H2 & hope that this sorts out the problem of MS crashing.

When is the crash happening? When first loading the app? Or randomly when using it? Any information you can provide would be helpful.

It is randomly, sometimes as I touch the screen to manipulate the music or it can happen when I'm not even touching the screen. 
I did install 24H2 yesterday & so far NO crashes.
