I've begun using the e-ink reader version of Mobilesheets. Is it possible to change the way a note is spelled? For example, can you change an F# to a Gb?

Are you working with PDFs? Are you trying to change content on the PDF page itself? If so, you are going to have to place a text annotation on top of the F# with a white background, and enter in Gb as the text.

Yes, it would emulate using white out on paper sheet music. You are just hiding what is on the PDF page, as there is no easy way to edit the content on the PDF page.

If you use the text tool, tap the tool twice to show the settings and set the fill color to white. Alternativley, tap the line icon twice to show the shape settings dropdown, change to a rectangle, and change the fill color to white with the stroke color also set to white. You can save either of these to a favorite to quickly access those settings if needed.
