You might be able to try DuOS instead of BlueStacks until the Windows 8 (10?) version of MS is released.

The VirtualBox-route was a no-go, the Asus T100 only has an Atom Z3775 which is fine for basic stuff like webbrowsing or Office-work (even a little audio- or image-editing stuff), but it lacks the horsepower to pull off real emulation. Also, the 2Gb of RAM is very limiting...
