Is the error from Google Play a message about incompatibility? If so, try the following:
1: Reboot your tablet
2: Go to your tablet Settings->Applications->Google Play and tap Clear Data. Do the same for Google Play Services.
3: Load Google Play and install MobileSheetsPro
4: If the installation still does not work, reboot your tablet and try again
That usually fixes those kinds of errors.
As far as Amazon pointing the finger at me, I have no idea why they would do that. I don't control the way their app store delivers updates - I just push it up and then it goes through the approval process.
