I think this might actually be an ICS issue with ASUS tablets. I've heard many reports of both ASUS transformers, and transformer primes rebooting with ICS. A lot of customers have been pretty angry, and ASUS has been trying to fix the problem (unsuccessfully so far). It may be a combination of which apps you have installed, but it's hard to say exactly what causes it. I know I have not had this issue myself with my transformer yet, but I also don't have many things installed.
