There seems be a bug with how the clipping rectangle works in Microsoft's API. I fixed this in the last update to work on my PC (which uses a scaling factor of 100%), but it doesn't work on the Surface Pro 4 (which uses a scaling factor of 200% by default). I'll see if I can figure out a workaround that addresses different screen scaling selections.
