Hi.

I intend to start rewriting some of our sheet music over time and then sharing them using .msf files for the others to import.

So when I send out a new version of an existing PDF file, I need it to overwrite the previous one.

However, some of us play in multiple bands that may also have their own sheet music files with the occasional tune name overlap. I intend to keep the tune lists separate by putting them in different Collections.

What are the best setting combinations or practices that will help me keep confusions to a minimum when other band members import my files?

And what are the best ways to avoid issues when there are overlaps in file names between the two bands?
